Low demand pricing :  $100/ single or couple /night  with a one time "cleaning fee " of $40 /visit  Additional  guests are $15 / person /night

High demand periods such as some Penn State football games / graduation etc, rates may be as high as $150 /night and $ 40 /extra guest /night with a two night minimum. The one time  $40 cleaning fee would also apply.

 Event Place pricing will vary from $190 for first. 6 hours (Saturday or Sunday ) and lower during the week .
